The time you receive the product will depend on your location. Tracking information will be sent out 2-3 days after order completion. 

Is Duolink compatible with Bluetooth?

Yes, Duolink is compatible with the Bluetooth 5.0.

Does the Duolink work with just one earbud?

Yes, you can use with just one earbud.

Is the Duolink waterproof?

The Duolink has a water resistance rating of IP54, which protects from water spray, sweat and dust.

Are the Duolink earbuds ANC or just CVC?

They are neither, but the Duolink has AI noise-canceling mics to add more clarity when you making calls in noisy background.

Are these earbuds able to simultaneously pair to 2 devices?

No, currently earbuds only support pairing with one device at a time.

When my earbuds are charging will the speaker turn on or can I also have it charged with the speaker off?

Yes, your speaker acts as a charging case for earbuds. When speakers are off, your earphones can be charged as well.

What’s the weight of the Duolink?

The Duolink weighs 212g (7.47 oz), which is very close to an iPhone XR

Are the magnets on two speakers strong?

Yes, we have undergone hundreds of tests to ensure the magnet is strong enough for durability.

What's included in the Duolink package?

The Duolink music player, carrying string, quick start guide, ear tips (S,M,L), and charging cable.

Is there any warranty available?

Yes, there’s a one-year warranty for your Duolink music player.

What does the warranty cover?

Within a year, if the original manufacture of the material or workmanship of the product is defective. Duolink Go will replace the product by sending you a new one. All the parts used by this warranty will be returned to the Duolink Go. If products need any repair when the warranty expires, you will need to pay for the cost of repair. Warranty coverage terminates if you sell or lose the product.

What does the warranty not cover?

This warranty does not cover: 

Improper use or installation 
Cosmetic damage 
Damage due to acts of nature. For example: lightning strikes, tornadoes and similar 
Commercial use 
Modifications to any part of the product, including the antenna 
Connection to an incorrect voltage supply 
Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility
